1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkb3 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the kkb3 platform located at https://kkb3.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms may be supplemented by specific promotional terms, game rules, or other policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotional-specific addendum, the promotional addendum shall take precedence only for the matter to which it relates, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

2. Eligibility

The kkb3 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition listed below at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are using the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform.
• You do not hold more than one active account at kkb3 under any name or identity.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of features on the kkb3 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and game participation, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.

KYC Verification Requirements

• kkb3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• You must submit KYC documents within 7 calendar days of a request. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• All information provided during KYC must match the information used to register the account. Discrepancies may result in account review.
• kkb3 reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time, particularly following significant changes to account activity or payment method.

kkb3 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during registration and verification. Personal data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with the kkb3 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kkb3 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkb3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are free from any encumbrance or third-party claim.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kkb3, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your kkb3 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment network.
• kkb3 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method must match the name on the kkb3 account.
• kkb3 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have been made through fraudulent activity, stolen payment details, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of peak traffic or technical maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on balances that include active wagering requirement obligations. Bonus funds subject to rollover must complete the required rollover before withdrawal is permitted.
• kkb3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds prior to approving large withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kkb3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms accompanying each offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus offer.
• Bonuses are valid only for the player to whose account they are credited. Transfer of bonuses between accounts is not permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a user who has not previously held a kkb3 account under any name or identifier.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Unused free spins expire after this period.
• kkb3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including during an active promotion period, in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the kkb3 platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, collect data, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in Platform software. You must report any such errors to kkb3 support immediately upon discovery.
• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise illegitimate payment credentials or funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financially illicit activity on or through the Platform.

kkb3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. Any balance held in such an account may be forfeited pending investigation. kkb3 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of financial crime and fraud.

7. Responsible Gaming

kkb3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that, for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. kkb3 makes the following tools available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: players may configure on-screen reminders that appear at set intervals to inform them of how long they have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, login access is disabled.
• Self-exclusion: players may request permanent self-exclusion from the kkb3 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months and may be extended indefinitely.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkb3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, user interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of kkb3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over Platform content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kkb3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkb3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if kkb3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkb3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kkb3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

10. Amendments to These Terms

kkb3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkb3 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the contact details associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the kkb3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact kkb3 support in the first instance. kkb3 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
